MenaQ7® is a unique form of vitamin K2 that has been studied for effectiveness. It is a highly pure and bio-available form of vitamin K2, menaquinone-7 (MK-7). Studies show that vitamin K2 is a potent health-boosting nutrient. This form of vitamin K2 has demonstrated high absorption, a longer life in the blood, and an excellent boosting of biologically active osteocalcin, making it an excellent form of vitamin K2 for dietary supplementation.*

CalZBone® is a clinically tested extract of the herb Cissus quadrangularis. This herb has been used for over a thousand years in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. The Sanskrit name for it is Hadjod which translates literally to bone-union. Our product is an organically grown standardized extract. The typically studied dose is 750 mg a day (three capsules of Bone & Joint Helper™).

Vitamin D

 There is now great concern that individuals are not getting enough vitamin D for bone support. Health experts recommend 2,000 - 5,000 IU of vitamin D per day, especially during the winter months when vitamin D from sun exposure is minimal. Each Bone & Joint Helper capsule contains 500 IU of vitamin D.
