I3C + DIM contains two potent cruciferous extracts: Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) and Diindolylmethane (DIM). These compounds support the healthy metabolism of estrogen and support both female and male reproductive health. Cell experiments show that I3C modulates the gene signal NF-kappaB in a way that promotes cellular health.*
I3C also helps to promote detoxification by supporting liver Phase II function and digestive tract clearance of xenobiotic environmental chemicals (estrogen-like compounds).*
