Ingredients & Directions
Directions: Take 1-3 capsules, as desired, before meal and/or bed.
Note: Oregano oil is a fairly potent oil, thus it is suggested to start with smaller amounts. If you burp up the oil, try drinking tea or warm water after taking it. Reduce the amount or discontinue use if there is any digestive discomfort or diarrhea.
