Super Dophilus™ is a blend of six potent super strains of friendly flora at 6.8 billion organisms per serving of 2 capsules, along with the prebiotic FOS. It is soy-free and dairy-free. This is an effective amount of good bacteria without causing overload. More is not necessarily better with probiotics.*

Survivability: Super Dophilus™ contains bacteria strains that are very hardy and have good results surviving stomach and bile acid. We use an acid resistant capsule that further protects the bacteria and allows for more to reach the small and large intestines where they can populate and promote healthy digestive balance.*
Proven Fermentation: Probiotics ferment carbohydrates and produce lactic acid and other nutrients that aid digestion and promote a healthy GI tract. Plain Lactobacillus acidophilus can ferment only 11 types of carbohydrates. Superstrains like Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus plantarum in Super Dophilus™ ferment up to 25 different carbohydrates. These superstrains also produce L+lactic acid, which is the natural form in human metabolism and biologically superior to the DL lactic acid produced by plain Lactobacillus.*
